You will be part of the largest community of EssilorLuxottica employee shareholders, which represent 3.3% of Essilor Luxottica Share Capital.
 
You will help support sustainable growth in EssilorLuxottica.

You will use your voice in a safe and anonymous way at the Valoptec General Meeting by voting on :
  • EssilorLuxottica General Policy
  • EssilorLuxottica Human Resource Policy
  • EssilorLuxottica Corporate Sustainability Policy
  • EssilorLuxottica’s resolutions proposed at the shareholders meeting
 
You will be represented by the Valoptec President, voting as one voice at the EssilorLuxottica shareholders meeting.
 
Valoptec is associated with the Group Governance, and the President of Valoptec is a Director at the EssilorLuxottica Board.
 
You can advocate for and recruit new members to maintain our shareholding position.
